Every year we celebrate the world environment day on the 5th June with a new theme led by United Nation and run by united nation environment programme (UNEP).

Why the theme, ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION

This year, the day also marked as the formal launch of UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration 2021-2030.

The year 2030 is deadline for the sustainable development goals and to focus on this, the decade 2021-2030 is dedicated for ecosystem restoration.

The aim is to make the healthy ecosystem so that,

  • Enhance people’s livelihood
  • Counteract climate change and
  • Stop the collapse of biodiversity

INTRODUCTION TO “ALLIANCE FOR RIVERS IN INDIA (AFR)”NISARG RAKSHAK PRASHIKSHANSHAALA

On this WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY, taking opportunity to introduce an organization, who is working in the area of “ECOSYSTEN RESTORATION”.

ALLIANCE FOR RIVERS IN INDIA (AFR) founded with a mission to train 73 lac youth employment, self-employment, entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation in making alliance of India’s cent-percent population for thousands rivers of India, for best of public health, for real prosperity not a single river, water body, hill or forest now disappears, shrinks, gets polluted anywhere in India, groundwater level fall, floods risks get right controlled.

Like minded friends including convener CA Mr. Sanjay Gupta from Indore, MP, India startedthis mission from 12thJuly 2020, taking organizations, officers, public representatives, community groups together who have already been working for most natural health of eco system.

Training at present is online and free; there is one session of 90 minutes eachevery week.

Target and Goal Oriented approach

First target is 73200 youth (100 each district), second 6 lac (100 per block), final 73 lac (10,000 per district). Each youth is being trained to do entrepreneurship related to one out of 100 pre-decided topics in one portion (1/100 of district) as per one’s choice; this would be full time/ part time/ social career for him/ her. Training is being given by those who already have brought success stories in the field of environmental ecosystem.

Trainee will have to undergo internship at such expert’s place for few weeks as per mutual convenience. Great hard work and dedication on the part of trainee is a must.

Areas of service /employment

Every government, Panchaayat, Urban local body, Department, Samaj, Colony, Establishment, Industrial estate, Market will employ/ extend business/ support and respect to these trained youth.

These entrepreneurs involves themselves in“ECOSYSTEN RESTORATION” and a permanent solution to water challenges which is everyone’s need, everyone’s dream, everyone’s desire !!
